How Foxify handles website enquiries.
This page explains how the website enquiry form is intended to work. Final legal wording should still be reviewed before production launch.
Contact form information
The enquiry form collects contact details, service interest and a message so Foxify can respond to the enquiry. The form should not be used for urgent instructions or highly sensitive documents.
Live SMTP credentials must be kept in the protected private configuration file and never committed to the public source code.
Form logs
While the form is in test mode, validated submissions may be written to a protected private log for delivery testing. The log folder is blocked by server rules and should be checked after deployment.
When live SMTP is configured, delivery failures are also logged privately so enquiries are not silently lost.
